The central idea is that BIOPETROL INDUSTRIES AG makes a resource-saving energy supply possible through the use of renewable raw materials.
By producing premium quality biodiesel we aim to meet our responsibility for the future of our company and its employees, and carry out our duty towards our customers and to society as a whole.
BIOPETROL is a member of the RSPO (Round Table on Sustainable Palmoil) and the RTRS (Round Table on Responsible Soy). We reject the use of palm oil and other vegetable oils that are obtained by the over-exploitation of nature, particularly by the clearance of the rainforest. BIOPETROL only uses raw materials from sustainable cultivation. By purchasing internationally, we make it possible for small farmers all over the world to hold their own against formidably equipped industrial agriculture and profitably cultivate oil-bearing plants. This is our doubly effective contribution to combating hunger and poverty in the world.
Saving energy, reducing emissions, increasing yield, recycling scarce resources and many other efforts have the objective of synthesizing ecology and economy in order to make our vision a reality: BIOPETROL – a company trading ecologically and economically for an alternative energy supply.
